Description We are in the search for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to be a part of our team located in Mission, Kansas. The role primarily involves managing the meticulous processing of various types of incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will also be tasked with handling incoming calls, building positive business relationships with customers, and supporting collection efforts. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process incoming payments including cash applications, deposits, credit card transactions, wire transfers, and ACH payments. • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to payments. • Adhere strictly to company policies while performing duties. • Maintain precise records related to accounts receivable. • Handle incoming calls professionally and proactively. • Foster and maintain positive business relationships with customers. • Support efforts towards cash collections. • Carry out B2B collections effectively. • Perform account reconciliations regularly. • Handle miscellaneous tasks as needed. • Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and Oracle for various tasks.
