Accounts Receivable Specialist
**Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote** Are you a highly motivated and **_experienced_** Accounts Receivable Specialist looking for a fully remote opportunity? $19.50/hr | Full-time | M-F Schedule **Responsibilities:** + Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on timely and profitable collections. + Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding balances. + Analyze account balances and take appropriate action to collect payments. + Resolve customer claims, billing discrepancies, and cash application errors. + Identify and escalate complex issues as needed. + Collaborate with sales and operations teams. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** + 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable. + 2+ years of experience in high-volume outbound calling. + 2+ years of experience working remotely. + Strong understanding of accounting principles. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone or within 1 hour behind.
