Description We are offering a contract to permeant employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Decatur, Georgia. This role is within the hospitality industry, working closely with hotels as vendors. Responsibilities: • Handling high volume invoicing tasks and ensuring accuracy in each transaction • Utilizing QuickBooks to manage and monitor accounts receivable activities • Conducting regular reconciliation of general ledgers and journal entries • Coordinating with various hotels for event bookings and ensuring timely payments through ACH or wire transfers • Utilizing Excel and Microsoft Suite for data analysis and invoice generation • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficiency in operations • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all customer credit information • Actively responding to and resolving all customer inquiries related to accounts receivable • Overseeing and maintaining all billing functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Processing all cash activities and transactions promptly and accurately. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems such as QuickBooks • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Demonstrated ability to handle Billing Functions effectively • Experience in managing Cash Activity • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions • Proven expertise in coding Invoices • Ability to accurately enter Invoices into the system • Experience in entering Vendor Invoices efficiently and accurately Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
