Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description Accounts Receivable Specialist- Remote Seeking a skilled AR professional to join an amazing team within a large organization. This position is a remote consulting role for 3 months, with possible extension. Job functions- + Perform basic cash application functions + Prepare various reconciliations (International Exchange, Credit Card, etc.) + Research pending cash receipts and related items that are unidentified and unapplied + Respond to A/R related inquiries from various internal teams + Address and resolve AR tickets within internal systems + Assist with write-offs, reversals, and reallocations Essential Skills + Accounts receivable experience + Cash application knowledge + Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel + 2+ years of accounts receivable experience Additional Skills & Qualifications + Computer and tech savvy since the position is remote + Experience using relevant accounting software preferred but not required + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that promotes teamwork Work Environment This is a remote position; however, the candidate must reside within the general area of a local office. You will have the opportunity to gain experience within one of the largest international law firms in the US. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
