Accounts Receivable Specialist
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Project Billing Specialist in Anaheim. This role involves the management of customer invoicing, collections process, and the maintenance of precise records of these transactions. Responsibilities • Efficiently and accurately process monthly invoices to clients, ensuring all AIA billing and lien releases are timely and correct. • Apply and allocate incoming cash payments correctly to the relevant client accounts, ensuring prompt processing and accurate record-keeping. • Regularly perform reconciliations of accounts receivable to maintain alignment of records and promptly identify and resolve any discrepancies. • Communicate professionally with clients regarding outstanding balances, manage collections, and negotiate payment terms as necessary, maintaining positive client relationships. • Maintain up-to-date, organized, and accurate accounts receivable records in financial reports. • Collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processes. • Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools for efficient management of accounts receivable and billing functions. • Handle high-volume invoicing tasks and cash activity with strong attention to detail.
