Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Los Angeles, California! The role is based in the finance industry and primarily involves managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining customer credit records. Responsibilities • Execute accurate and efficient credit application processes for customers • Generate and develop Excel reports to support accounting functions • Communicate with customers' Accounts Payable departments to secure payment schedules • Review Accounts Receivable reports to ensure complete accuracy • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP for enterprise resource planning • Maintain precise records of customer credit • Handle cash activity and manage billing functions • Operate ADP - Financial Services and CRM for improved customer relations • Use Epic Software for enhanced task management.
