Description We are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist to become a part of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and resolving customer inquiries. This position is located in Greenville, South Carolina, and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage business to business accounts receivable experience in a comprehensive manner • Show intermediate proficiency in Excel for financial tasks • Oversee the business to business deductions process efficiently • Show enthusiasm in managing accounts with significant aging • Use Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline tasks • Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial operations • Use CRM for effective customer relationship management • Carry out accounting functions as per the standards • Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate billing • Manage cash activity and cash handling tasks effectively • Use SAP for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 1 year experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required. • Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively is desired. • Must have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR). • Experience in Billing Functions is necessary. • Must be able to manage Cash Activity efficiently. • Experience in Cash Handling is a requisite. • Proficiency in SAP software is a must.
