Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Preston, Washington. This role centers around maintaining financial records and ensuring smooth transactions within the company. With a focus on account management and customer engagement, this specialist position operates within the financial services industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records • Release orders based on specified credit limits • Perform light cash applications as part of routine tasks • Communicate with customers for payment collection primarily through email, occasionally via phone calls • Upload invoices to portals for specific customers • Use accounting software systems and ERP for efficient account management • Handle cash activity and billing functions responsibly • Exhibit proficiency in using Office Suite: Excel and E21 TGI • Show ability to multitask and maintain high levels of organization • Ensure attention to detail in all accounting functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is needed. • Candidate should be well-versed with Epic Software. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently. • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. • Experience in Billing Functions is necessary. • Ability to manage Cash Activity effectively. • Experience in Cash Handling is a must.
