Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be involved in various accounting tasks within a high-volume environment. Responsibilities: • Reconcile large volumes of checks in an efficient manner • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records of customer credit information • Handle around 200 individual payments daily once fully trained • Operate within a collection-based system and generate reports using Excel • Manage full cycle accounts receivable tasks • Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage cash activity • Employ skills in ADP - Financial Services and Epic Software to ensure effective billing functions • Handle cash responsibly, following established protocols • Utilize CollectionMaster (CLS) to manage accounts receivable (AR) processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with CRM is necessary. • Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is required. • Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Proficiency in Billing Functions is expected. • Ability to manage Cash Activity effectively is required. • Experience in Cash Handling is necessary.
