Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Torrance, California. In this role, you will be expected to process customer applications, maintain accurate records, and resolve customer inquiries as part of our team. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain and update accurate customer credit records • Assist with the closing of the monthly end • Handle the preparation and submission of manual invoices • Ensure the timely processing of invoices and follow-up on outstanding receivables tasks • Verify incoming daily wire/ACH, deposit checks, and record receipts and deductions • Conduct research and dispute chargebacks as necessary • Prepare accounts receivable and revenue reports for management • Release orders off hold upon confirming receipt • Calculate commissions payable to sales agents based on accounts receivable activity • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
