Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Bow, New Hampshire, United States. The role involves a variety of tasks including the processing of customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. It also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions. Responsibilities: • Managing customer accounts and ensuring their accuracy • Efficiently processing customer credit applications • Maintaining precise records of customer credit • Collaborating with the Operations Team to facilitate communication on financing, project schedules, customer payments, and project completion • Providing revenue forecasts and financial analysis to support company managers • Preparing correspondence to customers and the sales team regarding payment matters • Assisting with month-end tasks and ensuring inventory accuracy • Addressing minor accounts payable needs • Responding to customer inquiries promptly to provide high-quality customer service • Using QuickBooks or other financial software for various tasks Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management • Demonstrated skills in Billing procedures • Experience with Cash Applications • Strong knowledge of Cash Collections • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
