Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP, deductions, collections, and aging reports. Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookups, is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Manage accounts receivable processes using SAP.
+ Handle deductions and ensure they are accurately recorded.
+ Perform collections activities to recover outstanding payments.
+ Generate and analyze aging reports to monitor overdue accounts.
+ Utilize Excel for data analysis, including creating Pivot Tables and performing VLookups.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in SAP
+ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
+ Knowledge of deductions management
+ Expertise in collections processes
+ Ability to generate and interpret aging reports
+ Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLookups

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
