Accounts Receivable Specialist Needed
Accounts Receivable Chargebacks Specialist Hybrid Schedule! Job Description The Accounts Receivable Chargebacks Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager and Chargebacks Analyst. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and efficiency in managing inventory data and customer payment documentation. Responsibilities + Assist the Inventory Team by manually entering inventory data into NetSuite with great accuracy and efficiency. + Access customer portals to retrieve, navigate, research, and save supporting documentation for deductions on customer payments. + Research, request, and follow-up on bill of ladings, arrival notices for POE shipments, and proof of deliveries for shortage deductions. + File and submit customer disputes as assigned. + Support and respond to chargeback inquiries and requests from Account Managers as assigned. + Update and maintain the customer dispute master log. Essential Skills + 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably with inventory and receivables. + Ability to enter data quickly and with high accuracy. + Experience in reviewing shipping documents and attention to detail. + Effective communication skills with internal team members, external customers, and 3PLs. + Ability to multi-task and communicate progress with each team. + Proficiency in Excel, including analyzing, summarizing, and assessing large volumes of data; v-lookups and pivot tables preferred. + Experience with NetSuite preferred. + Minimum of an associate degree. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in data entry and administrative duties. + Ability to handle up to 30,000 line items on an Excel sheet for one invoice. + Strong note-taking and adherence to procedures.
