Job Description

As Accounts Receivable Analyst 3, he /she is the focal person of all rebates programs in his area and managing the day to day activities related to Accounts Receivables

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the review and update of global Accounts Receivable policies, practices, procedures and systemsEnforce and ensure compliance with company policies and maintaining all appropriate records to meet internal & external audit requirementsMonitor and supervise receivable activities and providing updates of receivablesPrepare and analyze weekly rebate statusSupport month and quarter end activities to ensure accounts receivable reconciliations, periodic reporting requirements and reserve adjustments are completed accurately and timelyResponsible for the oversight and approval of all customer rebate programs for distribution partners and Retail & OEM customers and partner with the pricing team on program constructionManage the timely and accurate issue of rebates and incentives to customers in accordance with established policies, procedures and timetable and the resolution of customer queriesPerform customer inventory analytics per scheduled and adhoc requests basis.  Ensure that ‘service level agreements (SLA’s) and key performance metrics (eg. compliance, turnaround time, accuracy) are achievedPartner with internal and external stakeholders (eg Sales, Account Management, Accounting) for issue resolution and supportEstablish relationships with key customer personnelSupervise, train and evaluate staff of  > 5, and assist on special projects as requiredInterface with business partners with regards to process changes, upgrades and enhancementsWork closely and coordinate with internal and external functional teams/ department functions such as Sales operations, Logistics, Revenue, Client support, etc.Manage files, records, transactions and other office procedures and maintain audit trailAssist with key periodic (month end close, quarter close, yearend etc.) business activitiesEnsure targets, measurements and service levels are me

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Worked in SSC or BPO environmentAccounts Receivable background or experienceCan work on a night shift

PREFERRED:

Accounting graduate preferredFlexibility on work schedule

Oracle and or SAP experiencedExcellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organizationSelf-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environmentStrong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needsAbility to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issuesDemonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
