WHAT YOU WILL DO:

\n\n

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is the subject matter expert who guides the end-to-end accounts receivable solutions. Job duties include:

\n\nGuide the Accounts Receivable team as the first level of expertise, providing training and mentorship to ensure performance excellence.\nOversee the weekly sales report process to create invoices, send invoices to customers, daily cash receipts, and post to customer accounts.\nManage price changes that come in and ensure that all updates are completed on time and communicated to the field team when the portal is updated.\nCommunicate with field operations personnel and customers on past due accounts and with PSSI operations team to obtain the documentation needed to establish any non-contract services.\nResearch billing issues such as short payments, price discrepancies, etc.\nEnsure the proper coding and approvals are obtained and the customer files are updated (e-files).\nProvide weekly report on open Accounts Receivable and past due accounts for all PSSI companies.\nAssist in month-end and year-end close activities including accruals, audits, reconciliations, journal entries, and special projects.\nFacilitate both internal and external audits while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.\nContinuously identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\n

YOUR MUST HAVES:

\n\n\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nAbility to adhere to the different functions within the accounting system, the company structure (divisions, departments, and plant locations) and the various general ledger accounts.\nHigh School Graduate or General Education Degree (“GED”).\nMinimum 2 years of related office experience, accounting/bookkeeping, and billing/accounts receivable.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to advanced level).\nDemonstrated oral and written communications skills.\n\n\n\n

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
