Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to become a part of our team situated in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity in the industry, where you will be tasked with supervising the Accounts Receivable team, coordinating billing and collection of all resident and third-party accounts. You will also be responsible for processing reimbursement claims and resident billing. Responsibilities: • Supervise the Accounts Receivable Team to ensure efficient functioning • Coordinate the billing and collection processes for all resident and third-party accounts • Process third-party reimbursement claims, primarily focusing on Medicare • Handle resident billing effectively and accurately • Prepare and implement policies and procedures related to billing functions • Generate regular reports outlining claim status and team productivity • Develop complex Accounts Receivable related reports for decision-making • Analyze reports and recommend solutions and opportunities for improvements to management • Work with the Accounts Receivable Team and residents to resolve billing issues and/or payments • Ensure adherence to our core values of respect, passion, and professionalism, and assist in holding all others accountable for doing the same.
