Accounts Receivables Clerk
Johnson Service Group is looking to fill an Accounts Receivable clerk role for one of our aircraft companies in the DFW area.

Responsibilities Inputting invoices into the SIS (ACH) billing database and SAP for the company's trade and parts accounts Preparing monthly summary reports of all spare part invoices billed Analyzing, organizing, and invoicing employees for various employee receivables Fields employee and customer calls and emails about salary and uniform overpayment accounts and works with other departments to resolve issues Posting journal entries into SAP and assist other employees with month end close responsibilities Pursues collections on accounts and works with third party collection agencies Reports on Aging Receivables status updates Other duties as assigned In this role, the Clerk must have the ability to effectively handle multiple projects with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills are critical. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Outbound Calling experience Pivot Tables and V-lookup experience Possess the legal right to work in the United States Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to work well with all levels of management and external parties Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic  Position Preferences Previous clerical work experience and a strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Familiarity of SAP Financials and SHARP College level accounting hours or the equivalent amount of relevant accounting experience Additional Position Details Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable. Candidates must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, in addition to clearing other airport related requirements, if applicable.
