Looking for a motivated person that wants to bring their best to a strong team, working together to maintain and manage the accounts receivables for an 18-state region for LKQ/Keystone Automotive. Responsible for assisting branches and corporate office in the processing of accounts receivable.

 

Pay Range: Position starts at $19.25/HR or $20.50/HR for bilingual. Position offers potential quarterly bonus if goals met.

 

Essential Job Duties:

Apply customer payments, researching and adjusting customer credits, to reduce customer AR balances. Reduces AR delinquency by emailing and calling customers. Prepares, sorts, copies, files, and emails invoices, receipts, checks, and correspondence. Review and release location credit holds throughout day, to meet location cut offs for order processing. Research and review over limit accounts for credit releases/adjustments. Assumes other duties as assigned.

 

May perform additional duties to include:

Prepares reports as required by management. Prepares weekly manual deposits. Answers phone to assist customers with payments.
