In this high-impact role, you will lead our passionate team in the Finance team as well as partnering with leaders and teams across the organisation.
Accounts Receivable Officer will be instrumental in overseeing and optimising our accounts receivable functions. This role requires a strong grasp of financial processes, exceptional analytical skills to review accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the timely collection of outstanding invoices. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring compliance throughout the accounts receivable process.
Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:
Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the full cycle, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Use Business Central for processing, tracking, and managing customer payments, customising reports, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Collection and Dispute Resolution: Monitor overdue accounts, contact customers for prompt payment, and resolve disputes efficiently.
Cash Application & Reconciliations: Ensure accurate application of payments and perform balance sheet reconciliations for aged debtors and bank accounts.
Reporting & Collaboration: Generate detailed reports, work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams, and continuously improve processes for better efficiency and cash flow.
QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table:
Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation with operations in the Asia Pacific region.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Business Central experience is desirableAdvanced Excel skills, with ideally experience with Power Query, Power Automate, and other data analysis toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team. A solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.The ability to analyse and process high volumes of data and documentation, on a daily basis.Additional InformationWhy Join Jack Link’s?
