Accounts Specialist
Job Descriptions :Update costs and perform necessary tasks within the AS400 system.Handle all sales and billing invoices from suppliers and forwarders. Verify their accuracy and legitimacy before processing them for payment.Generating and distributing payments via checks, electronic transfers, or other methods.Consistently collaborate with suppliers and forwarders to address invoice matters, BIR requirements, negotiate fair terms, settle disputes, and meet payment deadlines.Reconcile and verify the accuracy of all cash expense reimbursements and review the authenticity of receipts along with supporting documents.Track inventory levels and order office supplies as needed to support operational activities.Assist in tasks related to the Jeonsoft system or Payroll as required.Allocating and budgeting the funds available.Regularly monitor MBOS of both accounts and ensure the accuracy of associated reports.Assist with month-end closing processes, financial reporting, financial record checks, tax reports, and BIR audits, while supporting internal or external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable transactions.Prepare the BIR 2307 form, ensuring all necessary information is accurate, and distribute it to all the vendors accordingly. Ensure that each vendor receives the form promptly and confirm their acknowledgment or receipt.Provide assistance in ISO certification and audit.Handle financial transactions at the banks.
Job Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience,Educational background: bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.Having analytical and numerical skill,Advance Microsoft excel skills (pivot tables and vlookup),Having experience in SAP is preferable.
