Successful candidates must influence and work with stakeholders across multiple organizations and geographies including global regions, using project management and data analysis skills to improve Amazon Logistics processes. You will plan, develop, and execute projects. This role involves high ambiguity and autonomy, requiring you to assess and determine opportunities across the entire Process Path that have the largest network-level impact.
プロジェクトの計画、開発、実行の責任者として、プロジェクト管理やデータ分析のスキルを駆使し、グローバルを含む様々な地域のステークホルダーと協力しながらAmazon Logisticsの改善に取り組みます。様々なプロセスの中からどのような改善がネットワークに対して最大の利益を生むのかを評価し、New Initiativeを推進していくことが求められます。そのため、高度な不確実性のある環境下で自律的に成果を上げることが期待されます。

Key job responsibilities
•Manage projects of new initiative, coordinating with diverse teams such as Product, Tech, Business, and Operations teams.
•Scope large-scale, long-term programs for Amazon Logistics, including end-to-end project management from process/tech development through QA, UAT, Pilot, and Launch.
•Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and implement scalable solutions.
•Analyze metrics to identify issues and provide data-driven solutions.
