ACP Clinical Program Consultant

 

Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) is responsible for overall program management and integration of biophysical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologies by assisting their clients in identification of clinical and program opportunities, providing consultations related to enhancing patient treatment outcomes, and adding operational efficiencies. The clinical program consultant is responsible for managing ACP programs and technology integrations as the clinical expert within an assigned territory.

Minimum Qualifications Five (5) or more years of related experienceCurrent licensure in physical therapy or occupational therapy as a registered therapist.Long-Term Care or Geriatric Rehab Experience including knowledge of PDPM, Quality measures/5 Star ratings, Medicare and other LTC payer sourcesAble to travel as needed including overnight stays and adjust work hours accordingly as well as manage travel (including air flights and rental cars)A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures, and reliable transportationComputer proficient and familiar with software tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Zoom platform.  Experience using an IpadExperience with using physical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologiesExperience/proficiency with Rehab Optima/Net Health EMR system  Additional Success Factors Independent, self-motivated, success-driven, highly organizedExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skillsKnowledgeable of physical therapy equipment manufacturers and in the development of sales/marketing tools and materials.Excellent sales management and customer service skills.Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around youAct with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust.Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results. 

Pay range of $90,000 - $110,000/year + bonus + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
