Purpose:
The Market Sales Leader (MSL) works to ensure financial growth and profitability in areas of new business, current client growth, equipment add-ons, and product sales, and supports marketing communications and client relations.
Your ImpactThe MSL reports to the Division Business Leader and works with ACP’s field leadership and executive leadership, and
Is accountable for developing new business opportunities and building same store sales.Promotes and sells company products and programs through direct customer contacts within an assigned geographic territory.Schedules sales calls and submits reports of sales activities and progress versus regional and corporate objectives.Identifies prospective customers, builds necessary relationships and presents the information necessary to introduce ACP’s programs.Analyzes industry, customer and competitor data to create and implement compelling sales plans.Coordinates sales communications and promotional activities within the region.Provides guidance and direction to other ACP employees in the areas of sales and marketing.Assists in development of sales/marketing tools and materials. Assists, as needed, in the retention of current partnerships.Ideal candidates will live within the assigned territory. Preferable locations would be:

Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a health care setting.A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
