Acquisition Analyst - Position Description

We have immediate hire openings for Acquistion Analyst to join our PMS 377 Team supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), who wants to grow with the Company. Security Clearance:

Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

        Assists in developing and coordinating input for all PMS 377 program acquisition reporting requirements, including APB updates, DAES, SAR.  Responsible for ensure all PMS 377 related program is entered into the appropriate data bases to submit all acquisition reporting submissions.          Supports the Task Order PM in the overall financial and contract management of the Task Order. Reviews and tracks contract modifications and contract funds received, manages Task Order invoices, and develops reports to be used in financial management decisions and budget forecasting. 

Experiences:

·        4 or more years professional experience in the Program Management and/or Defense Acquisition field.

·        4 or more years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding programs, acquisition experience. 

Education Requirements:

        Bachelor's Degree.
