RBR-Technologies is seeking an Acquisitions Professional to support one of our customers in Maryland.\n
RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nThe Acquisition Professional will be expected to draft pre-solicitation documents that reflect the Government's requirements while adhering to all applicable DOD policies and federal regulations.\nDraft acquisition strategy documents and assist the Government in implementing the strategies.\nAdvise in the interpretation and tailoring of DoD\/IC acquisition regulations\/memorandums.\nEnsure affordable, supportable, and effective systems are delivered to the customer.\nAid in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management.\n\n
REQUIREMENTS\n\nTS\/SCI w\/ poly\nBachelor's degree in business or technical focus is required.\nFourteen (14) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD\/IC acquisition management, DoD\/IC contracting, or DoD\/IC contract management is required.\nInstead of a degree, DAWIA Level II in any focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eight (8) years may be substituted. Instead of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of ten (10) years may be substituted\nBackground in identification and collection of Minimum Acquisition Requirements\nBackground in market research and market surveys\nBackground in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management\nBackground in developing Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) justifications for other than full and open competition\nBackground in writing requirements documents to include Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Technical Task Orders (Completion and LOE), Labor Categories, and Performance Work Statements (PWS).\nBackground in documenting source selection plans and proposal requirements including writing Source Selection Plans (SSPs), Proposal Preparation Instructions (PPIs), and Proposal Evaluation Criteria (PECs)\nBackground in the interpretation and tailoring of DOD\/IC acquisition regulations\/memorandums to ensure affordable, supportable, and effective systems are delivered to the customer.\nBackground in using FACTS and CMIS\n\n
