Job Summary:

ACS Specialty Manager – Airports, will fully manage the execution of Experiential and Specialty (non-traditional advertising) activations within the Clear Channel Airports portfolio, inclusive of activation supervision from initial conceptual design, airport submittal and approval, schedule and timeline coordination and the successful installation of the campaign exhibit. Additionally, the ACS Specialty Manager will support multiple departments within CCA in the coordination and execution of complex and/or multi-market advertising campaigns.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities

Project Manages all Specialty display requests and execution within the CCA portfolio.Leads partnership with CCA Account Executives, Business Operations Managers, and advertising clients/agencies to define full scale project plans & installation timeline schedules.Partner with CCO Risk Management to obtain and/or maintain required Certificates of Insurance for clients, installation contractors, brand ambassadors working on site at any airport.Facilitates and carries out Experiential activations. functioning as main liaison between Account Executive, advertising client/agency, Airport, and market Operations teamDevelops and administers a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process resulting in executed contracts/partnerships with preferred turnkey Experiential Agencies, in collaboration with CCO ProcurementMaintain industry knowledge around trends, technology, and resources through independent research and industry conferences.Directs the execution of any designated large, complex, and/or multi-market campaigns, while supporting CCA’s ACS Print and ACS Digital Campaign Coordinators as needed

Job Qualifications

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

3+ years of related work experience, preferably in the field of Project Management and/or trade show coordination

Skills

Excellent client facing and internal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects under time constraintsMust be able to work in a team environmentProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point
