Woodward Action Sports Supervisor is a supervisory position responsible for making sure all aspects of Woodward Tahoe operations, programming, safety, and services are being met. This includes providing excellent customer service, exceeding our guest’s expectations, and enhancing their Woodward experience, in an atmosphere of safety, fun, progression and achievement. This position trains staff to ensure up to date coaching progressions are delivered. This position requires oversight and management of all equipment, features, parks, and cleanliness in the Woodward Bunker facility and outdoor zones.

While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as Action Sports Supervisor:
Develop caring relationships with campers and help provide the best camp experience
Make sure the basic needs of your campers are met
Provide high quality instruction for safe skill progression and a fun learning environment
Communicate with medical staff regarding injuries and special needs
Facilitate disbursement of medication through the Camp Nurse
Understand and be aware of allergies and other special needs of your campers
Participate in recreation activities with enthusiasm and encourage campers to do the same
Maintain a positive attitude and arrive to shifts on time
