Job Spec – Activator Agent (Player Reactivation & Sales)
An Activator Agent is responsible for re-engaging dormant paying players through proactive outreach via chat and email. The role focuses on conversion, engagement, and monetization, guiding ex-paying players back into the in-game purchasing process.
The role requires you to complete a high volume of outbound messages each day, targeting a dedicated player base using segmentation tools. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, customer engagement, and digital communication, with a strong understanding of gaming psychology and player behavior.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for reactivating players who have not made purchases in 90+ days, but remain active in the game. Initiate and manage proactive chat and email communication with assigned player segments. Use sales techniques to persuade players to return to paying—no free giveaways, only purchasable offers. Understand and act on player data, using segmentation tools to tailor messaging and offers. Track engagement and conversion rates and optimize outreach strategies accordingly. Identify trends and player objections, helping refine communication strategies for better results. Work closely with the research and VIP teams to align strategies and ensure high-impact targeting. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for player engagement and conversions. Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvements in outreach campaigns. Work in parallel to US hours to ensure optimal player interaction times.
