Each day you’ll feel challenged and know you are making a difference. **Job Description:** + Working with members of the business to identify their needs and create technology solutions that address those needs. + Working to manage both the day-to-day operations of the directory and additional efforts and initiatives as identified by senior management + Serving as the SME for all Active Directory requests and inquiries. + Supporting projects includes implementation of PKI infrastructure, upgrades to the Directory, ADFS, and ADSync implementations, and other projects assigned by senior management. + Performing duties include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, global system security, policy management and configuration and support for enterprise-wide initiatives. + Evaluating Active Directory to identify challenges currently facing the environment and to develop plans to improve the infrastructure moving forward. + Work to create the Standards and implement best practices for Domain Services. + Work as a tier 3 escalation path for our Operations team. **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Active Directory technical experience that includes operational support, design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions. + Understand Active Directory Security and technical experience supporting the same. + Understand Windows security concepts and the principles of least privilege design. + Possess PowerShell scripting experience and capabilities with on-premise directory technologies **Flexible Working** At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
