**The position**

**Tasks & responsibilities**
+ Identifying and qualifying external candidates and handing them over to Recruiters / Senior Recruiters via approaching mostly passive candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques.
+ Expertise in sourcing of candidates and relate systems and platforms (e.g., Success Factors, ServiceNow).
+ Expertise in Recruitment-related systems and platforms (e.g., Success Factors, ServiceNow).
+ Developing proactive recruitment marketing activities together with the Talent / Recruiting Segment leads to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines.
+ Data-driven Recruitment: Sharing best practices, industry and market intelligence data with Recruiting team and leaders as needed.
+ Combining information, for example talent market trend, threats, opportunities, to serve as input for strategic business planning.
+ Opportunity to work on projects in the environment where we constantly strive for continuous improvements and use targets to measure our service quality.
**About our future employee**
You should speak German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) languages and have min. 3 years of experience in talent sourcing techniques and strategies or professional experience in Recruiting area. Prior pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
Additionally, we are looking for:
+ Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
+ Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions as well as strong industry knowledge.
+ Creative and innovative thinking to promote the discovery and development of highly effective sourcing processes and business practices.
+ Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels.
+ Excellent communication skills, great team spirit, high accountability, and solid service orientation.
+ Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
+ Country- and branch-specific knowledge would be beneficial.
+ Expertise working with Social Media Channels and external career web pages (e.g., LinkedIn). Expertise in SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow is a plus.
