Job Description
Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North America's finest mountain resort destinations.Children's Program AttendantSUMMARY
Children's Program Attendant at the Paintbox are responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives, uphold Montage Deer Valley’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. Primary purposes include, but are not limited to: providing a fun and safe atmosphere for all children participating in Paintbox activities; setting up and leading daily programs and activities; ensuring all children are participating; greeting guests and ensuring that all Paintbox information and release forms are accurately filled out by parent/guardian; posting any appropriate charges associated with activities; properly communicating with resort staff and guests all present and upcoming programs and activities and booking corresponding reservations; and maintaining relationships and communication with past and future guests with pre and post visit correspondence. Performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.Experience
A minimum of two years working experience with children required. High school or equivalent education required.
