Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Activities Coordinator to join us at our Oxford International Language Campus for the summer of 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a diverse range of activities that create a vibrant, engaging atmosphere for international students outside of class.
Your efforts will help foster a dynamic and enjoyable environment where students can connect and experience cultural enrichment. Reporting to the Activities Manager, you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism, setting an example for the EF Oxford staff and ensuring an exceptional experience for all students.
This is a full time, 6 days a week, fixed term role running throughout July and August, with permanent job opportunities post summer.
Responsibilities
Work alongside the Activities Manager and Activities Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of all activities and eventsPromoting activities and excursions dailyProviding excellent customer service at the Activities Desk every day, problem solving and answering student questions with a happy demeanourMonitor and provide feedback to Activity Leaders and assist them during activities where necessaryEnsuring the EF areas are set up for each activity and all supplies are readyRunning and facilitating activities where help is neededEnsuring that all posters and advertisements for activities are consistently updatedMonitoring and maintaining the Lounge/Club equipment and stock levelsAssisting in welfare and discipline where necessaryDealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise
Requirements
Enthusiastic, organised and a natural leaderA keen interest in events and activitiesCapable of using your own initiativeHave the right to live and work in the country of employmentComplete fluency in EnglishAttend training prior to your contract commencingAll offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two referencesRight to work in the UK at commencement of employment
