We are currently looking for an Activities Coordinator who can plan, implement and evaluate social events for the community. This position entails coordinating and advertising for programs to encourage socialization and fulfillment amongst residents with the intention of providing an enhanced resident experience.

What are the role requirements?
Marketing or event planning experience is preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Creative abilities and experience working with Adobe. Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred. Must follow federal laws and fair housing regulations. Must adhere to the team apparel policy. Present the ability to work cooperatively with others. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Must have a valid driver’s license. Regular attendance, work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.What's in it for you?
