We are seeking a dynamic and social person to join our beautiful campus in Honolulu to look after all the social and cultural events for the school community outside the classrooms.It is a full-time, management position, with responsibility for smooth and successful management of EF Honolulu activities, service and student experience. In this position you will have the opportunity to make a big impact in the happiness of our hundreds of international students. To be successful in this role you must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail. You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality and special experiences. We need you to be legally able to work in the United States or have a work permit. If you think the same way and want to be the person who makes a difference for our students and staff, then don’t hesitate and apply!Key responsibilities include: Full ownership of excursions and events for EF Honolulu in line with our brochure offer – including monthly activities calendar.Create and sometimes chaperone social, cultural, educational and sporting activities that cater to students’ interestsOwn student satisfaction and evaluation scores for activities department Promotes school events and excursions, free or paid, through varied advertising mediumsManagement of campus social media accounts and organizes assets (photos, ads, etc.). Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth and comprehensive student experience.Manage finances to ensure activities remain within budget; ensure profitability manage activity stock and supplies. Manage all activity program logistics, including bus transportation, staff scheduling and troubleshooting.
