Activities Supervisor
SUMMARY
The Activities Supervisor will be responsible for creating personalized guest interactions in the Paintbox and Children Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for scheduling associates
Overseeing department operations, cleanliness and organization
Ability to work well with kids of all ages
Assisting with Resort Activities calendar and execution as needed by department leaders
Ensuring all standards are met
Competent handling guest complaints in a professional manner.
This person will be able to train Associates.
QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree or educational equivalent preferred
2 years of leadership experience
Luxury hospitality experience is a plus
Passion for creativity and programming
Ability to work well and communicate with all age groups including children.
Strong passion for customer service; experience handling and resolving guest concerns in a timely manner
Must be organized
Strong verbal communication skills-ability to communicate effectively with guests and vendors
Have a vast array of knowledge about recreational activities applicable to the area.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work tasks are performed indoors and outdoors. There is no effective protection from weather. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs frequently. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks.
The pay scale* for Activities Supervisor is $28.68.
*The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
