Project ManagementTake full ownership of assigned initiatives, guiding them from Charter development through Post-Launch Review.Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply, Finance, and others) to define scope, identify critical success factors, and develop detailed, actionable project timelines.Conduct thorough risk assessments to preempt potential challenges, proactively resolving issues before they escalate.Serve as the guardian of QuEST and QES process—ensuring high-quality gate documentation, disciplined governance, and effective decision-making.Balance trade-offs between quality, risk, and speed to enable successful delivery of project outcomes.Maintain documentation and project data integrity in PPM. Workflow Management:Ensure visibility through the Go-To-Market (GTM) workflow, partnering closely with PDS and cross-functional teams. Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks, continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes, improve agility, and enhance operational efficiency.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required.5+ years of experience at Mars in any function that interfaces with Activity Management or 3–5 years of external experience in project management or related roles.Strong understanding of stage-gate processes, with hands-on experience applying governance frameworks to project delivery.Proven track record of success across at least two different demand or supply-side functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D).Familiarity with Activity Management business processes (QUEST/QES)and systems (PPM) and Project Management Tool (MS PRoject) is strongly preferred.Skills:

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
