Job Descriptions: We are seeking a Activity Security Lead to join our team in Cape Canaveral. The ideal candidate must hold a Top Secret Clearance, with SCI eligibility, and possess 7-10 years experience working in classified environments. Key Responsibilities: + Meet SCI and other classified requirements by managing billet plans, access rosters, and personnel files to ensure compliance + Lead the contractor security support with task tracking and prioritization. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to team members + Facilitate and support meetings for both internal and external customers. Foster strong relationships with other organizations and provide exceptional support to government and industry customers + Ensure compliance with DoDM 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directions (ICDs) + Apply and adapt standard techniques to perform complex tasks with minimal guidance + Ensure security compliance with classified information regulations, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) + Implement and maintain security procedures for sensitive projects and facilities, including access control + Assist government customers with compliance inspections + Track and ensure compliance with annual security training requirements + Process personnel clearances, including collateral, SCi, and other initial and ongoing reporting requirements Required Experience: + Top Secret Clearance/SCI Eligibility + Proven experience working in classified environments + Familiarity with DoDM 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directions (ICDs) + Ability to execute intricate tasks with minimal supervision and cultivate the same proficiency in team members + Strong understanding of security compliance with classified information regulations EEO employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
