We are looking for someone with: 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeHave minimum 5 years of related experience, Have ASAI on PAI (or ASA on SOA) Fellowship on PAI or SOA are more preferrable.Strong business knowledge (Insurance fundamentals, product knowledge, accounting)Strong background in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Access; • Working knowledge of GGY AXIS or Essbase/Lawson would be a positiveStrong ability to work within tight deadlines; • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skillsGood interpersonal skills and ability to influence and negotiate with others;Ability to produce accurate and quality work and work to tight deadlines, adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast paced and frequently changing business environment.Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders 

On the job you will: 

Responsible for any financial reporting activities supporting the business unit. This includes providing monthly, quarterly, and annual driver-based reporting and analysis of business performanceconducting moderately complex financial analysis and maintaining and improving financial modelsRe-evaluating operating metrics as needed to meet the evolving needs of the Business Unit. Providing financial data and assist in analyzing results, monitoring trends and variances, and recommending actions to management Maintain moderately complex financial models, analyzing and interpreting data Maintain technical knowledge by attending related workshops; reviewing publications; collaborate with outside departments
