About the Role

Supports the Associate Director in overseeing special projects, including strategic actuarial initiatives and deep-dive analysis for financial initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strengthen the existing analytics framework to provide management insights for decision makingIdentify the common process across various reporting basis and forecast & budgeting, and provide the ways to streamline & automate the process leveraging the technologyManage and interact with different stakeholders, including Actuarial, Capital Management and Finance to ensure alignmentDrive the technical discussions, manage the deep-dive assessments and provide insights on the financial implicationsProvide actuarial support to resolve complex actuarial technical issuesSupport the Associate Director, Actuarial Reporting on other strategic initiatives as per needed

Minimum Job Requirements:

University / College graduate with at least 8 years of proven experienceCandidates with less experience will be considered as ConsultantAttained Fellowship in Actuarial professional examinationStochastic modelling experience with Prophet ALS will be an advantageProficient in MS Office and data analysis techniques is crucialExperience in people management and coachingExperience in project management is a plusAbility to investigate complex technical issues and communicate the findings and implicationsGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese
