**Description** Lead and direct the GFE (Global facility and Engineering) organization and the associated services on the Duluth site. Ensure customer focused, cost-effective and compliant services and manage site Infrastructure, EHS and Security services; including organization/coordination of GFE aspects of off-site meetings organized by/from the Duluth site. The Head of GFE Duluth will also serve as primary GFE business partner and escalation point for the Animal Health employees based in Duluth, including field-based employees. Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Facility Management and General Services: + Provide effective management and operation of buildings, streets, carparks and other outdoor assets by balancing of safety, costs, environment, quality and compliance and sustainability as well as General Services (e.g. Catering, Gardening, Cleaning...) + Manage daily operations of outsourced provider for Infrastructure services + Engineering Oversight: + Manage CAPEX for the site, providing leadership and guidance on the prioritization, aligning process and steering implementation of investments within time, budget and project scope. + Direct maintenance activities to ensure all site assets are kept in a safe and compliant state of operation. + EHS: + Develop programs and processes to foster the adherence of the respective AFR-targets.
