Ad Operations Strategist

Inmar is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AdOps Strategist who will be responsible for managing both onsite and offsite campaigns. This individual will work closely with the entire operations team, as well as the account management team and various other teams to ensure flawless campaign setup and management. 

Primary Accountabilities:

Campaign Trafficking & Management: QA tags & pixels, setup, execute, manage discrepancies and optimize campaigns across various platforms

Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance; optimize accordingly based on data insights and ensure client benchmarks are met

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to delivery, tracking, or performance within a timely manner

Collaboration: Work closely with account management, creative, planning, sales, and analytics teams to align strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness

Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors for implementation, troubleshooting or performance reads

Create and maintain processes for using new and emerging ad products

Create and maintain advertising best practices as it relates to the use of creative assets and targeting

 

Required Qualifications

Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Extensive knowledge of Javascript and HTML, especially as it pertains to Ad Tech

Experience working with DCM, Flashtalking, Amazon, DV, IAS and MOAT tags 

Analytical and creative thinking

A natural problem solver

Ability to work with a team in many capacities

Strong oral and written communication skills

Collaborative work mindset

Technically minded

Flexible schedule, as occasional check ins after hours and on the weekends may be needed

Must have experience in digital ad creation and have thorough knowledge of major DSPs

1-2 years experience in digital advertising operations
