Ad Ops Manager
Description Our website is looking for a full time in house person to fill the role of Ad Ops Manager. Our office in located in midtown NYC. We are looking for someone with 2 years of experience online operations for a publisher, large ad agency, or ad network. Responsibilities Use DoubleClicks DFP to test, traffic and optimize online ad campaigns. Use internal workflow systems to communicate with the Sales team and facilitate ad campaign launches. Interact and coordinate with internal departments to obtain and test ad creative and ensure successful campaign delivery. Monitor ad delivery, recommend campaign optimization options as needed and provide ongoing quality assurance support. QA creative submissions and troubleshoot issues that may occur while the campaignorders are in progress. Discrepancy investigation. Assist the sales team with all aspects of account stewardship and renewal. Manage the day-to-day contact with clients and discuss campaign progress. Qualifications Strong knowledge of DART for Publishers. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media, including various forms of online creative formats and related code. Ability to create, modify and troubleshoot most ad types. Industry knowledge of third party ad serving programs, behavioral targeting and rich media vendors. Ability to produce reports and analyze data to make recommendations on campaign optimizations. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Bachelors degree or more is required Experience with communicating with sales, developers and product groups.
