This position offers a base salary typically between 135,000.00 and $232,000.00. **Description**
The Sr. AD / AD Specialty Regional Marketing develops and implements brand plan tactics for a US specialty brand or an indication for a specialty brand that meet regional business objectives that complement national strategies. The incumbent has depth and breadth of experience in own discipline as well as utilizes external engagement opportunities to collect customer/stakeholder insights and integrate them within functional priorities to achieve national brand goals through regional business objectives. **Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Supports annual regional and national business planning process as per business need.
+ Contributes regional input and implements/manages regional programs and tactics that support national brand strategies and business objectives.
+ Proactively works with external experts and customers to validate and optimize brand strategies and tactics that support regional and national business objectives.
+ Works with A&I to monitor, analyze and interpret latest trends in the market, competition, and product performance.
+ Communicates regional insights and tactic related recommendations to team members and leads collaborative implementation when appropriate.
+ May be involved in the utilization of advanced analytics and informational resources to monitor and engage current sources of business while identifying new ones, simulate market dynamics in forecasting, and diagnose/uncover/ monitor local market trends and opportunities.
+ Collaborates with and provides input to market research on study design and interpret findings to refine product marketing direction.
+ Promotes cross-functional communication and alignment of strategic direction across internal and external partners.
+ Shares expertise and leverages experiences and learnings across organization to advance business objectives.
+ Regularly engages with clinical stakeholders, patient organizations, and advisors to advance customer understanding, materials, and programs that enhance patient compliance, adherence, and fulfillment of BI’s portfolio.
+ Interacts with internal stakeholders and all levels of the Sales Force to ensure effective communication, alignment, and a collaborative approach to prioritization and implementation of tactics.
+ Liaises with patient access services to support appropriate strategies and related tactics for patient access inclusive of leveraging HUB services, Specialty Pharmacy Network and Specialty Distribution (co-pay, sampling, bridge, etc.).
+ Implements competitive and appropriate patient support services including product education and device training where appropriate.
+ Assists in the development and implementation of in-depth patient and caregiver support programs to enhance compliance, adherence, and fulfillment of BI’s specialty portfolio.
+ Assists in the development, management and monitoring of product forecasts utilizing associated models and brand expense budgeting tools.
+ Manages risk associated with marketing programs and material by working within the HPRC review process.
+ Meets performance and financial targets for the brand including net sales, discounts, market share and expenses.
+ Performs all Company business in accordance with all state and national regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, OSHA, PDMA, EPA, PhRMA, etc.) and Company policies and procedures.
+ When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management.
+ Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts to maintain BIPI’s excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community.
+ Actively and consistently engages with external experts and stakeholders to understand market opportunities and challenges, product perceptions, and customer/patient needs.
+ Understands and works within the US legal, regulatory, and competitive environment.
+ Manages interdepartmental and cross-company (co-promote) interfaces, if appropriate.
+ Begins to develop strategies.
+ Applies a creative and innovative approach despite position being primarily operational/tactical in nature.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• AD Level: 5 plus years' experience in the US pharmaceutical industry, including 3 years US pharmaceutical marketing experience or other relevant experience.
• Sr. AD Level: 8 plus years’ experience in the US pharmaceutical industry, including 5 years US pharmaceutical marketing experience or other relevant experience.
• Specialty Marketing/TA experience strongly preferred.
• Prior field-based experience preferred.
• Experience working directly with digital partners to develop and execute initiatives strongly preferred (e.g., Google, third party media providers, social media community platforms, etc.).
• Experience in guiding and integrating digital analytics and driving metrics-based optimization strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budget and resources.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.
• History of successful performance.
• Proficiency in MSOffice, Outlook, and database applications.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time (will include overnight travel).

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Has developed knowledge and skills in own discipline; demonstrates qualities of cross-functional leadership; still acquiring higher level skills.
