**The Role**
+ Achieve individual sales goal for Adaptive Insights Software and Services Sales and enable additional Services sales and related products.
+ Set and execute the sales strategy for assigned territory and lead the development of a sales plan targeting organizations where a Service Delivery opportunity is likely to exist.
+ Be regarded as a thought leader, staying current with new trends and developments within area of expertise. Present and host webinars on key industry and vertical topics.
+ Recommend changes and improvements to organizational processes and procedures.
+ Cultivate your own channel leads and work with Adaptive Insights to pursue leads.
+ Effectively utilize lead generation team and other sales support resources at the appropriate time in the selling process
+ Demonstrate strong sales strategy ability by crafting and presenting client offers and helping the team identify and navigate alternative paths to make the sale.
+ Provide input on pricing decisions striving to sell at the highest possible profit margin.
+ Promote Adaptive Insights Solutions within Alight and mine existing client relationships across practice areas for opportunities.
+ Take the lead role in enabling the broader Alight sales team on Adaptive Insights and its capabilities and how to position it in a sales cycle.
+ Maximize the use (both individually and with the team) of sanctioned tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com.
+ Provide introductory and tailored demos of Adaptive Insights and run full end-to-end sales Cycles of Adaptive Insights products.
+ Develop and lead our teams increased focus on business transformational services as part of Adaptive Insights deployments.
+ This will include defining an offering for transformational services as part of an Adaptive project and working with Marketing to develop collateral.
+ Presenting and selling these transformational services as part of Adaptive sales cycles.
+ Leading the deployment of these process redefinition projects and overseeing Adaptive Architecture and deployment to fit this vision.
+ Initially this is an individual contributor role, with a vision to growing a team to deliver these services for our clients.
**The Skills**
+ Sales Skills – Exhibit excellent skills throughout all stages of a consultative selling process, including pipeline management, strong negotiation skills and the ability to close opportunities. Be able to sell value over price by providing deep insight about how the service will impact the client’s business.
+ Subject Matter Expertise – Have content knowledge of Adaptive Insights and the CPM (corporate performance management market. Work collaboratively with Alight colleagues to demo and scope and deliver full solutions to customers.
+ Relationship Management – Build strong relationships at multiple levels in a potential client company, including the C-suite, with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor to that organization. Also, maintain productive, internal relationships in order to leverage those resources when necessary.
+ Communication/Project Management – Ability to manage multiple, complex sales processes at the same time. Very strong internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions and/or recommendations.
+ Exceptional Financial planning and forecasting background and ability to review a customer’s current state and make suggestions and assist with the implementation of these best practices as either prior to an Adaptive deployment or as part of the initial phase.
+ Lead generation and cultivation skills to find additional channel business is a bonus.
**The Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced Degree preferred.
+ 10+ years direct selling, implementing and management of CPM solutions and processes and specifically Adaptive Insights.
+ 10+ years of Senior level finance experience with a focus on FP&A, forecasting process and best practices.
+ Excellent selling and sales strategy skills, including the ability to close opportunities
+ Content knowledge of CPM market, requirements and Adaptive Insights platform. Adaptive Insights Certification required.
+ Proven track record of selling and leveraging partners and working in a channel environment.

140,900 USD
Maximum :
223,600 USD
