We are seeking a visionary Senior Key Tech Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge autonomous driving technologies, including Advanced Driving and L3 autonomous systems. This role focuses on collaborating with top-tier industry partners to pioneer advancements in end-to-end AI solutions, mapping and localization technologies, and next-generation autonomous driving architectures. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver scalable, safe, and innovative solutions.
Education Qualification: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
No. of Years of Experience: 10+ years in autonomous systems, robotics, or automotive software development. 5+ years in leadership roles delivering L2+/L3 autonomous features (e.g., highway pilot, City NOA). Proven track record in cross-organizational collaboration (OEMs, startups, academia).
Professional Exposure: Advanced knowledge of mapping and localization technologies. Proficiency in end-to-end AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) for perception, prediction, and control systems. Expertise in embedded software development (C++/Python, ROS/ROS2, AUTOSAR). Familiarity with Simulation tools (CARLA, NVIDIA DRIVE Sim, MATLAB/Simulink).
Preferred previous experiences: Led the development and deployment of L3/L4 autonomous driving systems (e.g., urban NOA, highway pilot). Published research or patents in AI-driven autonomy, sensor fusion, or robotics. Worked in cross-functional environments integrating AI, hardware, and safety-critical systems.

Key Responsibility:
Lead team in designing and implementing high-performance map & localization service algorithms for XCL program with high quality. Define technical roadmaps for autonomous driving features, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Drive innovation in end-to-end AI frameworks (e.g., neural networks, sensor fusion) and maples localization technologies. Act as the technical liaison for joint development projects with tech partners and coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate partner technologies into cohesive solutions. Oversee the full lifecycle of autonomous driving systems, from prototyping to mass production. Ensure robustness of localization systems and compliance with functional safety requirements. Mentor engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and agile problem-solving. Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor advancements in AI-driven autonomy, ICV policy, and regulatory landscapes to guide business priorities.
