The Simulation Applications group plays a critical role in delivering value to ADAS customers for the Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) ecosystem, across the product lifecycle (development, testing, validation, calibration, post-sale). This includes collaboration with customers to gather feature requests, act as the voice of the customer, and uncover new or hidden customer needs. The group establishes a robust go-to-market strategy for SiL as an internal tool and develops a comprehensive SiL product roadmap.
The team is responsible for creating high-quality requirements for downstream teams managing architecture, development, and integration. They handle new tested releases, manage customer releases, provide on-call support, collect customer feedback, and ensure that customers succeed and derive tangible value from SiL.
Resolving bugs and issues independently, while triaging and escalating complex problems to development teams as needed.
Integrating and customizing SiL for customer-specific needs by adapting model parameters and collaborating with vendors, internal ECU software teams, and physical model providers to curate relevant information.
Defining and executing fidelity analyses to compare SiL results to real-world performance and highlighting gaps to inform future development priorities.
The group plays a pivotal role in ensuring that SiL evolves into a high-impact product that meets the demands of the ADAS organization.
As the ADAS Simulation Applications Group Leader, you will lead a team of Quality and Software engineers to:
Serve as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are represented across the product lifecycle.
