• Develops participant care & service plans with the assistance and input from the Healthcare Coordinator.
• Supervises, supports and provides coverage for Healthcare Coordinator
• Maintains all documentation standards for the program based on state and nursing practice standards.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferably with three to five years of Medical/Surgical experience, long-term or home health care experience or work with disabled adults or a geriatric population and supervisory background. Must have current license to practice as a registered nurse in North Carolina. Knowledge of current trends and techniques in nursing appropriate to the practice of setting.
Preferred: Current CPR cetification or within 30 days of hire. First Aid certification within 90 days of hire. Basic computer skills and literacy.
