Department OverviewITA: Il reparto di produzione è principalmente di assemblaggio elettromeccanico, produzione di piccoli e medi lotti di prodotti di videosorveglianza con utilizzo di utensili manuali e cacciaviti pneumatici o elettrici e controllo dimensionale di componenti meccanici ed elettronici.
I lavoratori risponderanno al supervisore di produzione. La sede centrale di Videotec si trova a Schio, Italia.

ENG: The production department is mainly electromechanical assembly.
Small and medium batch production of video surveillance products.
Use of hand tools and pneumatic or electric screwdrivers.
Workers will report to the production supervisor.
The Videotec headquarters is located in Schio, Italy.
Job Description

ITA: La risorsa sarà addetta al controllo di componenti elettromeccanici di precisione e di test specifici utilizzando strumenti manuali e macchine di misurazione a coordinate.

Inoltre potrà essere inserita nel reparto produzione per l’assemblaggio di telecamere per la videosorveglianza con utilizzo di avvitatori pneumatici o elettrici ed utensili manuali.

Responsabilità:    
 

●      Programmazione macchina di misura a 5 assi

●      Controllo dimensionale componenti meccanici

●      Collaudo di schede elettroniche

●      Esecuzione test su componenti meccanici

●      Piccole lavorazioni meccaniche con utilizzo di maschiatrici\trapani verticali

●     Altre mansioni inerenti alle attività svolte in Produzione

ENG: The resource will be responsible for checking precision electromechanical components or specific tests using manual tools and coordinate measuring machines.

Furthermore, the resource may be asked to support the production department for the assembly of video surveillance cameras using pneumatic or electric screwdrivers and manual tools.

Key Responsibilities:
 

●     Execution of tests on mechanical components

●     Electromechanical assembly

●     Testing of electronic boards

●     Workshop work with tapping machines\vertical drills

●     Other duties related to the activities carried out in Production

Basic Requirements

 ITA:

● Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (scritta e parlata)

● Diploma di ISTITUTO TECNICO perito meccanico/meccatronico/automazione o equivalente o ISTITUTO PROFESSIONALE indirizzo meccanico

● Conoscenze informatiche di base (Excel\Word)

● Utilizzo macchina a coordinate per il controllo dimensionale.

● Lettura disegno tecnico

● Utilizzo degli strumenti di misura manuali (calibro, micrometro)

● Almeno 1 anno di esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili

● Proattività, miglioramento continuo, autonomia nelle attività, capacità relazionali e organizzative, lavoro di squadra

ENG:

● Good knowledge of the Italian language (written and spoken)

● Diploma from a TECHNICAL INSTITUTE in mechanical/mechatronic/automation expertise or equivalent or a PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTE with a mechanical focus

● Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)

● Using a coordinate machine

● Reading technical drawing

● Use of manual measuring tools (gauge, micrometer)

● At least 1 year of previous experience in similar roles

● Continuous improvement, proactivity, autonomy, relational and organizational skills, teamwork
