This position is contingent on a contract award.
This position requires a Top Secret SCI polygraph clearance.
Must reside in the Washingtin DC/Metro Area.
This position supports a Government Intelligence Customer. Personnel on this contract provide health, safety, and related services that directly support the intelligence mission and improve the well-being of the customer's workforce domestically who are operating in a fast moving and high stress environment. Will administer psychological testing and provide test results in the areas of cognitive skills, personality, academic achievement, occupational/vocational interests, and the like in a medical office. Provides coordination, as appropriate, to include inpatient and outpatient treatment monitoring, client and provider contacts, notification to the agency and Medical Review Officer, aftercare plan review, and return-to-work process.Serves as the primary clinician for addiction counseling, including client intake, case management and agency coordination.
Provides crisis intervention services and linkage to resources for the appropriate level of care, including community resources.
Provides counsel to individuals, couples and families who experience problems and conflicts related to addiction.
Meets with scheduled clients, either in-person, phone or video, as applicable to each consultation.
Provides substance abuse case management services including supportive consultation, guidance and referral assistance to individuals testing positive during routine or random drug and alcohol screenings.
Documents cases to meet qualitative and quantitative performance expectations.
Adheres to all performance standards, training requirements, and standard operation procedures and company policies.
Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, including initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation.
Develop and implement programs for group therapy sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities
Masters degree with specialized training from an accredited college or university.Must have licensure to work at an independent level. Active LCSW licensure from one of the 50 states or DC.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in evaluating, diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders with a focus on substance abuse assessment and treatment experience.
Experience providing behavioral health support to military, intelligence and/or federal communities.
Possession of a current Top Secret SCI with a polygraph clearance is required.
