Working with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry, your contributions will be pivotal in developing innovative technologies and products, significantly contributing to Parker’s goal of addressing the world’s most pressing engineering challenges Your day-to-day + Develop, implement, and test additive manufacturing process and post-processing procedures for future aerospace production application with a strong bias to design-and test o Processes: laser powder bed fusion, de-powdering, heat treatment, inspection, fixturing, machining, and material analysis o Create supporting CAD, drawings, hand-calculations, analysis, and justifications o Lead gate reviews for pending improvements o Responsible for HSE within the AM cell + Contribute to continuously improving standard and proprietary processes targeted at capability, quality and efficiency gains + Implementation of processes and procedures critical to meeting AS, AMS, and NADCAP certifications + Determine and implement equipment upgrades and insertions to the AM cell Who we are looking for + Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality assurance procedures + Ideally some knowledge of six sigma and/or lean manufacturing techniques + Ability to specify measurements to quantify quality of manufacturing output and associated data processing techniques + Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports + Good verbal and written communication skills What we offer + Fortune 500 company that is continuing to grow with new technologies. + Career growth and opportunities: we hire from within! + Collaborative and empowered work environment where team spirit is at the center of our success. + Company values that encourage trust, respect, collaboration and professional growth. + Open environment: we are excited to hear your ideas! + Attractive compensation packages designed to hire and retain the best talents in the industry.
